Just looked out on balcony & saw two pigeons walking around on the other balcony. Not sure if one is the former spouse or not. But I SWEAR they were walking around like two prospective buyers! Looking at this corner, that corner... Hmmmm, can we fit the sectional in over there? Looks like this part here needs a bit of work.

I'll keep you posted if/when my new neighbors move in!
